What is Passport?
Access to UK bundles and allowances whilst roaming outside of the EU
Passport is available on both Vodafone and O2 monthly Unlimited tariffs and is aligned directly with your package. It offers an alternative to cent per minute rates, in the form of an opt-in daily roaming rate of €10 per day (inc. VAT), and will allow users full access to their UK bundles and allowances whilst roaming in a selection of worldwide destinations. This must be opted into at point of sale and specifically covers data usage, SMS and calls in-country and/or back to the UK within the below listed countries. This feature is valid for 30 days upon activation and will repeat until cancelled.
You will only be charged when you are outside of the UK & Europe and only on the days that you use Passport. The daily charge applies from midnight to midnight UK time, and will be triggered if you make calls, send texts or use data. It will not be triggered by receiving calls or texts. Sending a media message will cost the same as your UK tariff. Data will be capped at 25GBs per month
All allowances end at midnight UK time. Any unused data will not be carried over to the following day.
Passport is not available on our 30-day bundle SIM but you will still be able to use your normal allowance while travelling.

Usage Example
When travelling to the United States, and you call back to the United Kingdom. Instead of paying €1 per minute, the cost of all your usage for the day will be come from your Unlimited UK Package. Your €10 per day will cover all the use you need. (Refer to the Price Guide for more details)

Simply contact your previous network provider or text ‘PAC’ to 65075 to get a code valid for 30 days. This won’t disrupt your service. We’ll walk you through steps to enter this code to transfer the phone number you want to keep.
Whilst you are in the UK tethering is unlimited. In the EU tethering comes out of your monthly allowance which is 25GB per month. Outside of the UK & Europe, you will need to add on one of our passport plans. Fair use policies apply to all tethering.

You can use your OneCall plan anywhere in the world. In the EU your calls, texts and data work like normal, except there is a cap on your data of 25GB per month. Outside the EU you will need to add on one of our passport plan

No, on 30-day rolling SIMs your monthly allowances will automatically renew every 30 days and a the payment will be taken from your account by Direct Debit Credit Card or Debit Card. So there’s no need to top up, you can even pay for your Passport and Passport+.

On a 30 day bundle SIM: you still have all the benefits of our unlimited SIM but it will expire 30 days after the date you activate it. You also will not be able to make international calls / texts or use your SIM outside of the EU without adding on one of our passport plans. Passport is designed for using your phone while you are travelling outside of the UK and EU. Passport+ is designed to save you money when you use your phone to make International calls or send International texts while in the UK.
Staying on the same network – Charge of €45 inc. VAT to change providers, this means that if you move from O2 or to OneCall O2 or Vodafone to OneCall Vodafone, you will be charged.
Moving to the same network incurs a charge, Moving away from your network does not incur a charge. Speak to our Customer Services for more information.
